September 9th is one of the celebration day in Japan is called
cho-yo-no-sekku(重陽の節句).
People pray for longevity in this day by drinking sake of chrysanthemum
flower.
A bonito saves fat and comes back to Japan. And we will stock matsutake
mushroom for clear soup.
Please enjoy early fall with cold sake, or wine in Habukatei.

Dashi(Japanese soup stock )pudding with slow boiled egg and sea urchin,
Appetizer
Sushi of smoked bonito with garnish.

Clear soup with pike conger and matsutake mushroom.
*If you would like to eat Dobin-mushi(It's the season of the pleasures of
the table.), you can change clear soup to Dobin-mushi for 1'500yen .
(土瓶蒸しを召し上がりたい場合は、1'500円でお吸い物を土瓶蒸しに変更することが出来ます。)
Sashimi
Today's natural products.
Seasonal assortment plate
Boiled sweet fish, raw wheat gluten modeled on red leaves, grilled fig with
white miso, sweet potato imitated a ginkgo leaves, fried ginkgo nuts and soon.
Today's delicacy
Mozuku seaweed within Japanese vinegar.
Boiled entree
Egg plant and taro with sauce of snow crab.
Rice
Steamed rice with pacific saury, miso soup, and Japanese pickled.
Dessert
Japanese dessert.

¥10.000 for per person,plus tax & 10% service
