It is time to bloom the cherry blossoms and people are working and seeing it.
This month also has many important seats which are "departure"and"encounter".
Please visit to Habukatei to eat seasonal ingredients and feel beautiful this month.

Yuba and sea urchin with edible vegetables and dashi jelly.
Appetizer
Sushi of smoked bonito with garnish.

Clear soup with fat greenling and mugwort mama-fu(raw wheat gluten)

Boiled entree
Boiled bamboo shoots and octopus with vegitables.
Hashi-yasume(palate cleaninghn side dish)
Firefly squid and vegetables with miso of edible flower.
Grilled entree
Grilled Spanish mackerel with cherry flavor and garnish.
Rice
Steamed rice of bamboo shoots, and miso soup, Japanese pickled.
