Sea cucumber and dried mullet roe with miso of edible flower.

Grilld-Entree
Grilld beef filet and Bamboo shoots with Welsh onion sauce

Rice
Today's steamed rice with miso soup and Japanese pickled.

Dessert
Today's dessert.
