Amuse
Firefly and seasonal edible wild plants with egg yolk vinegar sauce.

Appetizer
Steamed glutinous rice and a sea bream. It used to the color to resemble the cherry.

soup
Clear soup with a clam and nama-fu(Japanese raw wheat gluten) shaped a cherry leaf.

Sashimi
A tuna and today's natural products.

Grilled entree
Grilled saikyo-yaki(fish slices pickled overnight in Kyoto-style sweet white bean paste) with a octopus and garnish.

Today's delicacy
Soy milk skin and bamboo shoot with dashi(Japanese style flavor stock) jelly.

Fried entree
Fried bamboo shoots is that a scallop and shrimps was put between it. And sweet fish, garnish.

Rice
Chirasi-zushi is variety fishes and thinly sliced egg on the vinegar rice.

Dessert
Japanese dessert.
